Our Story

One builder. No agency in between.

Clearfork Automation is a small shop in Aledo, Texas building websites and business automations for the trades and service businesses around us — and, increasingly, for people a long way past Parker County. Same promise either way: fast, fairly priced, and handed over complete.

Why This Exists

Built out of watching good shops get taken.

The pattern is always the same. A contractor pays five figures for a website, waits two months, and gets handed something they don't own, can't edit, and are still paying a hosting fee every month just to keep it online. Or they buy an "AI automation platform" that turns out to be a login and a monthly bill.

Meanwhile the actual problem — that nobody answers the phone when the crew is on a job — never got solved.

Clearfork is built the other way round. Fixed price agreed before anything starts. The cheapest thing that solves the problem, recommended honestly even when it's the smaller sale. And every file handed to you at launch, in your name, so nothing breaks if you walk away.

The three rules.
1. You own it — files, credentials, accounts, all of it.
2. The price doesn't move once it's agreed.
3. If the cheaper option is enough, we say so.

What we don't do

  • Mark up your platform tooling
  • Lock you into hosting you don't control
  • Require a retainer to keep things running
  • Replace software that already works fine
  • Sell an automation that won't pay for itself
The Road So Far

Honest about where we are.

Clearfork is young. We'd rather say that plainly than pad a page with invented milestones — you can decide what that's worth.

The frustration

Watching the same story repeat

Small businesses around Parker County paying agency money for websites they didn't own, waiting weeks, and still answering every question by hand at nine at night.

The idea

Strip it back to the build

No account managers, no platform to rent, no retainer. Charge fairly for the work, hand over everything, and be straight about when the cheaper option is enough.

First build

A family-run dealership

A full site rebuild around self-service — trade-in estimator, payment calculator, service cost estimator and a guided product finder. Customers now answer their own questions at 9 PM on a Sunday.

Now

Founding clients, 25% off

The first three businesses in each trade get a quarter off any package, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to write the project up honestly — numbers and all. Those spots are open.

Who You'll Deal With

All of us. Which is to say, me.

No account manager, no offshore build team, no handoff between the person who sold it and the person who builds it.

What We Stand For

Four things we won't trade away.

Full ownership, always

Every file, credential and line of code is yours at launch. No platform lock-in, no recurring dependency on us. If you never call again, everything keeps working.

Fast, without cutting corners

A week for an automation isn't a gimmick — it's what happens when there's no queue and no layers. Everything still gets tested against your real tools before launch.

The honest recommendation

If a small template solves it, we won't sell you a bigger system. The audit exists to find the smallest thing that fixes the problem — and it'll say so when that's nothing at all.

Local means local

We'll drive to Weatherford and do the audit at your shop. We build remotely for the whole country, but the businesses down the road get a handshake.

Come Say Hello

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck.

The free audit is a conversation about where your hours go. You'll get a written plan out of it, and you keep that whether or not you ever hire us.
