How we stack up. National automation agencies typically start at $5,000–$15,000 for a starter build and charge $500–$3,000 a month to keep it running — often marking the same platform tooling up two to five times. Clearfork is one builder in Aledo with low overhead and a name to make, so the entry point is $750 and the monthly is optional.

+ optional care plan from $150/mo

Not included in website builds: domain registration ($12–$20/yr) and hosting ($0–$15/mo). We'll recommend providers, set it up with you, and put it in your name — not ours. Most Clearfork sites host free or near-free because they're built as fast static sites, not page-builder bloat.
Beyond the Ladder

Owner Dashboard

For businesses running on more than one system — inventory, leads, a phone line, the books — who want one private screen instead of five separate logins. Built to connect to whatever you actually run.

  • Live inventory, leads, and calls & texts in one place
  • Connects to what you already use — QuickBooks, Airtable, your business line, Facebook
  • Password-protected — built for one owner's eyes, not the public site
  • Scoped to exactly the systems you run, nothing bolted on for show
Starting at
$4,000 +, scoped in the audit

Every dashboard connects to a different mix of systems, so this is the one thing on this page that isn't a flat number until we've seen what you're running.

Built to Order

Custom Business Software

The dashboard above is the most-requested version of this. The rest of it is everything else a business runs on that no off-the-shelf product handles properly — inventory, quoting, job tracking, customer portals, service records. Small, private programs built to do one job the way you already do it.

  • Built around your process, not a template you have to bend to fit
  • Yours outright — source, data and hosting in your name
  • No per-seat pricing and no vendor who can raise it later
  • Starts small on purpose: one job done right beats ten done partly
Starting at
$2,500 +, scoped in the audit

A single-purpose tool sits at the lower end. Anything touching several systems at once lands nearer the dashboard above. The audit tells you which yours is before you commit to anything.

Website + automations, built together.

Combine any website plan with any automation plan and take 15% off the total. It's cheaper for you and faster for us — the site and the systems get designed as one thing instead of bolted together later.

Growth site + Growth automations = $4,632 instead of $5,450
Founding client rate — 25% off. Clearfork is new, and priced like it. The first three businesses in each trade get 25% off any plan on this page, in exchange for a testimonial and permission to write the project up honestly. These prices already sit under the national average; the discount comes off the top of that. When the three spots in your trade are gone, the published price applies.

Pricing FAQ

The money questions.

Is the price really fixed?

Yes. After the free audit you get one number in writing, along with exactly what it covers and a delivery date. That number doesn't move unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope — and if you do, we quote that separately before doing it. No surprise invoices.

What do I actually pay monthly?

To Clearfork: nothing, unless you choose a care plan. Automations need platform tooling — typically $50–$100/month depending on message volume — which the platforms bill you directly, at cost. Websites need a domain ($12–$20/yr) and hosting ($0–$15/mo), both in your name.

Do you take payment up front?

Half to start, half at launch. Nothing is due until you've seen the written scope and agreed to it, and the free audit happens before any of that.

What if I need something not on this page?

Ad-hoc work is $125/hour with no retainer and no minimum — well under the $150–$350 independent automation consultants typically charge. For anything larger we scope it into a fixed price like everything else.

What's the Owner Dashboard, and why doesn't it have a fixed price?

It's a private, password-protected control panel for the owner — live inventory, leads, and calls & texts in one screen instead of five separate logins. It sits above the tiers on this page because it's genuinely bespoke: it connects to whatever mix of systems a business already runs, so the cost depends on how many of those there are. It starts at $4,000 and is scoped exactly in the free audit, the same way any unusual request gets scoped.

When is custom software actually worth it over just buying something?

Often it isn't, and we'll say so. If a $40-a-month product does the job, buy the product. Custom starts making sense when you'd have to change how you work to suit the software, when you're paying per-seat for a system you use a tenth of, or when the job you need done is specific enough to your trade that nobody sells it. It starts at $2,500 for a single-purpose tool and is scoped in the free audit like anything else — including the part where we tell you the off-the-shelf option is enough.

Can I start small and step up?

That's the normal path. Plenty of businesses start with one $750 automation, watch it work for a month, then come back for the rest. Moving up a plan means paying the difference, not starting over.

What happens if I want to leave?

You take everything with you. Files, source, credentials, platform accounts — all of it is already in your name. There's no contract to exit and nothing stops working. That's the whole point of building it this way.
