The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email, phone, or text: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business. This site does not use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone — full stop.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule the audit you requested.
- To prepare for and follow up on conversations you started with us.
- Nothing else. No marketing lists you didn't ask for, no third-party data sharing beyond the services below.
Services we rely on
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email by FormSubmit, and the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Each of these providers processes only the minimum data needed to do its job, under its own privacy policy. We host this site as static files; the host may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence as long as it's useful for serving you, and delete it on request. To ask what we have or have it removed, reach out through the contact form or call (214) 934-3445 — a real person handles every request.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
