The money questions.
Is the monthly figure really what I pay?
Yes. After the free audit you get one number in writing, along with exactly what it covers and a delivery date. That number doesn't move unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope — and if you do, we quote that separately before doing it. No surprise invoices.
What exactly does the monthly cover?
Take a plan if you would rather one predictable number covered everything — the build, hosting, the automation platform, your text line, AI usage, and every fix and edit. Nothing to set up separately and nothing to chase. Buy outright if you would rather own the asset and keep the monthly at near zero: you pay once, you get every file and login, and after that you owe us nothing. Platform tooling then bills to you directly at cost, typically $50–$100/month, plus a domain at $12–$20/yr and hosting at $0–$15/mo. Cheaper over years, more to manage yourself. We will tell you plainly on the audit call which one your business actually suits.
What do I pay to get started?
Half to start, half at launch. Nothing is due until you've seen the written scope and agreed to it, and the free audit happens before any of that.
What if I need something not on this page?
Ad-hoc work is $95/hour with no retainer and no minimum — well under the $150–$350 independent automation consultants typically charge. For anything larger we scope it into a fixed price like everything else.
What about an owner dashboard or custom software?
An owner dashboard comes with Command. Anything genuinely bespoke beyond that — purpose-built inventory, quoting or job-tracking software, a custom AI agent trained on your own documents — is scoped in the free audit and quoted against your plan rather than listed here, because no two are alike and a published number would be a guess. It usually means a higher monthly rather than a separate bill.
The free website — what's the catch?
There isn't a hidden one, but there are conditions and they're worth stating plainly. It's open to qualifying founding clients for a limited time, and we'll tell you on the audit call whether your project qualifies. You give a testimonial and let us write the project up honestly. You still pay third-party costs — a domain runs $12–20 a year and hosting is usually free to $15 a month, both billed to you directly and both in your name. And you still own everything outright at the end, exactly like a paid build. What we get out of it is proof: real Texas businesses we can point at. Full terms are provided in writing before you sign anything.
Can I move up or down a plan?
Either direction, at any time. Moving up takes effect on your next billing date, and whatever gets built as a result is added to your build value from that point. Moving down works the same in reverse — we switch off what the lower plan doesn't cover and the monthly drops. Nothing gets rebuilt from scratch and nothing already delivered is taken away.
What happens if I want to leave?
You take everything with you. Files, source, credentials, platform accounts — all of it is already in your name. There's no contract to exit and nothing stops working. That's the whole point of building it this way.
