What we collect, and what we don’t.

The short version

We collect the details you send us so we can reply to you. We do not sell them, share them with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. There is no follow-up sequence waiting on the other side of any form on this site.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we receive what you typed: usually your name, email, phone number, business name and a description of your problem. That is delivered to our email inbox and nowhere else.

When you browse the site, our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested). If you accept analytics via the cookie banner, we also collect anonymous page-view statistics to see which pages are useful. Decline and that does not happen.

What we do with it

Reply to you. Prepare a quote. Deliver work you have engaged us for. That is the complete list.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not build advertising profiles.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered through FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service, and land in a Google-hosted email inbox. Analytics, if you accept them, are processed by our analytics provider in anonymised form. Our website host processes standard server logs.

For clients, we necessarily hold credentials and access to the systems we are building on. Those are kept in an encrypted password manager, used only for the agreed work, and handed to you at the end of the project.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client project records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal purposes. Credentials are removed from our systems within 30 days of project handover.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email william@clearforkautomation.com and we will action it within 30 days. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop beyond confirming you are who you say you are.

You can decline analytics cookies at any time using the banner, or clear the stored choice in your browser to be asked again.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the updated version is posted here. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information.
