Who we are

Clearfork Automation LLC is a Texas limited liability company based in Aledo, Texas. Throughout this document "we" and "us" mean Clearfork Automation LLC, and "you" means the client engaging us.

What we agree to

Every project starts with a written scope: what we will build, what it connects to, what it costs, and when it will be delivered. That document is the agreement. If something is not in it, it is not included — and if you want it added, we will quote it separately before doing any work.

The price in the written scope is fixed. It does not change because a project took longer than we estimated. It changes only if you ask for something outside the agreed scope and agree to the additional quote in writing.

What you agree to

To give us timely access to the accounts and tools we need to build what you have asked for, and to review work when we ask you to. Projects stall almost exclusively on access and feedback, and a stalled project delays your delivery date rather than ours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of content you give us — prices, service descriptions, licence numbers, claims about your business. We will not fact-check your business for you.

Payment

Unless the written scope says otherwise, payment is 50% to begin and 50% on delivery. The final payment is due on delivery, not on your internal launch date — if you take three months to publish a finished website, the balance is still due when we hand it over.

Invoices are due within 14 days. Work may pause on overdue accounts. We would rather call you than pause anything, so tell us if there is a cash-flow problem.

Ownership

On final payment, you own everything we build for you outright: source files, code, designs, copy, configurations and credentials. We transfer accounts into your name. There is no licence, no ongoing right for us to revoke, and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.

We keep the right to describe the work we did and show it as an example, unless you ask us in writing not to. Founding-client pricing is conditional on permitting this.

Third-party platforms, fonts and services remain governed by their own licences. We will tell you which apply to your project.

Revisions and post-launch fixes

Revision rounds are stated in your written scope. A round means one consolidated set of feedback, not an open-ended stream of individual requests.

Every project includes 30 days of fixes after launch at no charge. A fix means something not working as specified in the scope. A change means something working correctly that you have decided you want differently — those are quoted separately, or covered by a care plan.

Platform costs

Automation platforms, business text lines, message costs, domains and hosting are billed to you directly by those providers, in your name, at their price. We never mark them up or resell them. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy decisions, though we will help you deal with them.

What we do not warrant

We do not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, revenue or any other business outcome. Anyone who does is guessing. We warrant that what we build works as described in your written scope, and we stand behind that.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

Ending the engagement

Either of us can end an engagement in writing at any time. If you cancel mid-project, you pay for work completed to that point and receive everything produced so far. If we cancel, we refund anything paid for work not yet done. See the Refund Policy for detail.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Parker County, Texas.
