What We Build

Everything we build, in one place.

A website brings people to your door. Automations handle them once they knock. AI agents take the jobs that always needed a person — reading, drafting, deciding. Templates cover the problems every trade has. And when the thing your business needs doesn't exist off the shelf, we build that too. Everything below comes either as a managed monthly plan or as a one-time build you own outright.

Websites & Customer Tools

Built to be found, and to answer.

Website pricing →

Fast, hand-built sites — no page-builder bloat, no monthly platform you're renting. They load quickly, they're set up properly for local search, and they're yours the day they launch.

Custom Website

A complete build from scratch, designed around your services, your town and the way your customers actually decide.

  • Up to 6 custom pages
  • Mobile-first, fast by default
  • Local SEO + schema markup
  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Lead capture wired to phone & inbox

Website Refresh

The site works, it just looks a decade old and loads like it too. Keep the bones, fix everything else.

  • Up to 3 pages reworked
  • Speed & Core Web Vitals pass
  • Mobile layout rebuilt
  • Lead form fixed and tested
  • Local SEO basics
Our specialty

Customer Tools

The thing that separates a brochure from a salesperson. Customers get their own answers at 9 PM on a Sunday.

  • Trade-in & value estimators
  • Financing & payment calculators
  • Instant quote builders
  • Service cost estimators
  • Guided product finders

Local SEO Foundation

Not a monthly SEO retainer. The one-time groundwork most small sites never had done properly.

  • Google Business Profile setup
  • Schema & structured data
  • Location pages that actually rank
  • Site speed & crawlability
  • Citation and listing cleanup

SEO Articles & Content

Written for your trade and your town, ready to publish. Not spun, not generic, and not about "leveraging synergies."

  • Priced per article or monthly
  • Social posts cut from each
  • Researched against local search
  • Published for you if you'd rather

AI Site Assistant

An advisor on your site that answers real questions against your real services — and hands off to a human when it should.

  • Trained on your services & pricing
  • Books appointments directly
  • Says "let me get William" when unsure
  • Never invents an answer
  • Transcript of every conversation
Business Automation

The work that happens whether you remember or not.

Watch one run →

Every one of these connects to software you already run. Nothing to log into, nothing new for your crew to learn, and priced as a one-time build.

Lead Capture & Follow-Up

Missed calls, website forms and inbox inquiries all get answered in seconds and land in one place — with follow-ups that stop the moment a human takes over.

Scheduling & Reminders

Bookings against your real calendar, confirmations by text, and day-before reminders that cut no-shows without anybody making a call.

Invoicing & Payments

Unpaid invoices chase themselves out of your books — politely, on a schedule, with different wording each time and a stop the second they pay.

Reviews & Referrals

Asked at the exact moment customers are happiest — with unhappy replies routed to you privately before they ever reach Google.

Reporting & Digests

Monday morning: jobs booked, cash collected, invoices outstanding, reviews earned. One email, plain English, no dashboard to log into.

Documents & Data

Intake forms standardised, routine paperwork generated, files named and filed, customer records kept consistent across systems.

Cheaper option first: if what you need is one of the patterns we've built before, a ready-made template does the same job for less. We'll tell you when that's the better buy — it often is.
The Short Answer

What automation actually means.

It replaces the noticing with triggers, and the acting with rules. A missed call triggers a text back within seconds. A job marked complete triggers a review request. An invoice hitting 30 days triggers a polite reminder.

Nothing new to log into. Nothing for your crew to remember. The software you already pay for starts talking to itself.

The honest test: if a task happens more than five times a week, follows the same steps every time, and doesn't need judgment — it's a candidate. If it does need a human decision, we automate everything up to that decision and hand a person the finished prep. We'll say so plainly when something isn't worth automating.
Live Automation Demo

Watch one actually run.

Pick a workflow below and watch it fire end to end — the same sequence that runs on a real business, every single time, with nobody at the keyboard.

01Call MissedCrew's on a roof. Phone rings out.
02Text Sent — 9sAutomatic reply, in your business's voice.
03Customer RepliesThread's already open. They didn't call the next name on the list.
04You Take OverAlert with their number and message. Automation stands down.
What this actually does: runs whether you're on a roof, asleep, or three states away. No lead waits more than a few seconds for a reply.
Built Responsibly

Rules before robots.

An automation that texts the wrong thing at the wrong time is worse than no automation. Before anything goes live, every workflow has written answers to five questions.

Qualification

Exactly which events trigger it — and which never should. No texting the same person twice, no firing on test records.

Identity

Every message says who it's from, in your business's voice. We never pretend a robot is a person.

Stop conditions

A reply, a booking, an opt-out or a human stepping in ends the sequence immediately. Nobody gets nagged.

Ownership

A named person receives every conversation, with the customer's full context attached.

Failure handling

When something can't send, somebody gets alerted. Failures are visible, never silent.

Compliance

Business texting has rules — consent, opt-out language, carrier registration. We handle the registration and build the opt-outs in.

AI Agents

For the part that always needed a person.

Scope an agent →

An automation does the same thing every time — missed call, send text, log lead. An agent handles the cases where the answer depends on what was actually said, written or photographed: reading the request, pulling a total off a photographed invoice, drafting the reply, deciding what to escalate.

Most requested

Phone & Text Receptionist

Answers the calls and texts you can't, at 9 PM on a Sunday and in the middle of an August heatwave.

  • Answers real questions about your services and hours
  • Qualifies the job and captures the details
  • Books straight into your real calendar
  • Says "let me get William" instead of guessing

Website Answering Agent

The difference between a brochure and a salesperson. Answers against your real services and pricing, not a FAQ page.

  • Trained only on material you approve
  • Captures the lead mid-conversation
  • Books appointments without a phone call
  • Full transcript of every conversation

Inbox Triage Agent

Reads what came in overnight, sorts it, and puts the three things that actually need you at the top.

  • Separates real leads from noise and spam
  • Flags anything urgent or unhappy
  • Drafts replies for you to approve and send
  • Files the rest where it belongs

Quote Drafting Agent

Turns "how much to run gas to a new range?" into a draft quote built from your actual price sheet.

  • Reads the request and asks what's missing
  • Prices off your real rates, not a guess
  • Produces a draft you approve before it sends
  • Keeps a record of what was quoted and when

Invoice & Receipt Reader

Photograph a supplier invoice on the tailgate. It reads the line items and files them where your bookkeeper needs them.

  • Pulls vendor, date, totals and line items
  • Handles photos, PDFs and forwarded email
  • Pushes straight into your books
  • Flags anything it isn't confident about

Lead Qualification Agent

Works out which of this morning's enquiries are worth calling first, and why.

  • Reads the enquiry and scores the fit
  • Fills in what's missing from public sources
  • Routes the good ones to you immediately
  • Sends a holding reply to the rest

Call Summary Agent

Turns a recorded call into notes, next steps and a follow-up task, without anybody typing it up afterwards.

  • Summarises what was agreed
  • Pulls out dates, prices and promises
  • Creates the follow-up so it isn't forgotten
  • Files it against the right customer

Internal Knowledge Agent

Your crew asks it instead of asking you. Warranty terms, install specs, which part fits what, what the policy is.

  • Answers from your manuals and documents
  • Works from a phone in the field
  • Cites which document it came from
  • Says "not in the docs" rather than inventing

Review Response Agent

Drafts a calm, specific reply to every review — and gets an angry one in front of you before you read it on Google.

  • Watches your listings for new reviews
  • Drafts a reply in your voice, for approval
  • Escalates anything negative straight to you
  • Never argues with a customer in public
When we'd tell you not to. If a plain automation does the job, buy the plain automation — it's cheaper, predictable, and doesn't need watching. Agents earn their price on jobs that need reading, judgment or writing. Legal advice, safety calls, final pricing and anything medical still want a person. The audit sorts your list into those buckets before anybody quotes anything.
How We Build Them

The guardrails are the hard part.

Anyone can point a chatbot at a website in an afternoon. Making one that never invents a price, never promises a date you can't hit, and knows when to stop talking and fetch a human — that's the actual work, and it's most of what you're paying for.

Scoped to your material

It answers from documents and prices you approved, not from whatever it read on the internet about your trade.

Told to admit ignorance

An agent that says "I'm not sure, let me get someone" beats one that confidently invents a warranty term.

Handed off on purpose

We define in advance exactly what it escalates — pricing edges, complaints, anything legal or safety related.

Tested on the awkward questions

Before launch we throw the rude, confused and out-of-scope questions at it, because your customers will.

What we won't tell you: that it's perfect. AI systems are probabilistic — they can be wrong, and they change as the underlying models get updated. Anyone selling a guarantee of correctness is selling you something. What we do is build the escalation paths so being wrong is caught early and costs you a follow-up call rather than a customer.
Custom Business Software

When the tool you need doesn't exist.

Software pricing →

Nearly every shop has one job that no off-the-shelf product handles properly — so it ends up living in a spreadsheet, a clipboard, and somebody's head. These are small, private, purpose-built programs that do that one job the way you already do it. Scoped in the audit and priced after, because no two are alike.

Most requested

Owner Dashboard

One private screen instead of five logins. What's outstanding, what's booked, who hasn't been called back — all in one place.

  • Live inventory, leads, calls & texts
  • Pulls from QuickBooks, Airtable, your phone line
  • Password-protected, never public
  • Read-only by default, editing added deliberately

Inventory & Stock

What's on the lot, what's on order, and what's been sitting ninety days quietly costing you money.

  • Units, parts or equipment tracked in one list
  • Aging flags on anything sitting too long
  • Photos and specs attached to each item
  • Optional public feed to your website

Quoting & Estimating

Your real price sheet turned into a tool, so every quote comes out consistent whether you wrote it or somebody else did.

  • Built on your actual rates, not a generic template
  • Same numbers no matter who's quoting
  • Prints or emails a clean quote
  • Keeps a record of what was quoted and when

Job & Crew Tracking

Who's where, what's next, and what's actually finished — without the group text that nobody reads.

  • Jobs assigned and visible to the right people
  • Status updated from a phone in the field
  • Photos and notes attached to the job
  • You see the whole week on one screen

Customer Portals

Customers check their own job status, history and paperwork instead of calling to ask — which is most of the calls.

  • Each customer sees only their own records
  • Job status, past service, invoices
  • Documents and warranties in one place
  • Cuts the "just checking in" phone calls

Records & Compliance

Service history, inspections, certifications and warranties kept somewhere searchable instead of a filing cabinet.

  • Searchable by customer, unit or date
  • Reminders before anything expires
  • Export a clean record when you're asked for one
  • Built around the paperwork your trade actually keeps
The honest version first: if a $40-a-month product already does what you need, we'll tell you to go buy it. Custom software earns its price when the off-the-shelf option would mean changing how you work to suit the software — or when you're paying per-seat for a system you use ten percent of.
Ready-Made Templates

The problems every trade has, already solved.

Showing 25 templates. Every one is a one-time build, set up for you and yours to keep. See pricing →

Agents and automations we've built often enough to know cold. Because the pattern already exists they cost less than a custom build and go live faster — but they're still configured for your business, with your wording, connected to your tools. Nothing here is a download you're left to figure out.
